TESASTAR-m is a motorised probe head combined with TESASTAR-e Digital Interface generated by the powerful PC-DMIS software tool. TESASTAR-m can be pivoted through to ±180°. Its articulated arm reaches angles ranging from +90° to -115° by steps of 5°. The rotation speed is as high as 90° in less than 2 seconds! The robust construction of the TesaStar-m along with its coupling power permits the use of probe extensions with lengths over 300 mm. With accuracy of 0,5 µm, this cost-effective, motorized probe head, is the universally suited for all CMMs, whatever their type or brand.
