The probe head X-series was developed to suit the requirements of moving portal measuring machines and is configured in such a fashion, that it attributes positively to the dynamic characteristics of such measuring systems even during continuous scanning, thus providing the best and balanced measuring qualities.

All standard measurements such as Single Point-Probing, Self-Centering and continuous High-Speed-Scanning for quick, very precise form and profile measurements, are possible.

The LSP-X3 can be adapted in two different versions into a measuring system, with which a universally applicable probe head is available. It features highest measuring accuracy even at horizontal stylus lengths of up to 360 mm and with stylus configurations of up to 150g.
